Zeledon County Costa Rica is located south of the city of San Jose, approximately
a 4 hour scenic drive through the Talamanca Mountains.
San Isidro de El General, the capital city of Perez Zeledon County, is
the second largest city in Costa Rica. Sometimes called the gateway
to the southern Pacific beaches, San Isidro lies along the InterAmerican
Highway in the El General River Valley.
San Isidro provides major retail, shopping and services to the southern Pacific
Coast of the country, just a short drive to the Costanera Highway and the
vacation areas and beaches of Quepos, Manuel Antonio and Drake Bay.
