highlights
in this region. Thermal mineral waters and hot springs in the San
Carlos
Valley area bring plenty of well seasoned travelers looking for
relaxation
and health spas.
The small town of La Fortuna is in this county, famous for its many
hotels
with views of the Arenal Volcano. The hike to the awesome Fortuna
waterfall
is a bit strenuous, but highly recommended.
