Siquirres
is the home base of several adventure outfitters that specialize in whitewater
rafting. Some of the most famous Class III IV and V rapids in Costa Rica
are on the Rio Revantazon, Rio Pacuare and Rio Siquirres.
The city of Siquirres offers plenty of bars and restaurants, as well as shopping
and banking. You can find plenty of tourist activities, and lodging ranging
from rustic cabins to comfortable rooms.
